For School Admin
A simple library system for your primary school, We use up to 256-bit SSL encryption on our site which encrypts all data on or submitted to our site, the only data we collect is what we need to run the site, No data will be sold or passed on to any third party, We know that some of you may be using other software to run your library which is on a 12 months contract, with our software you can register your school for free set up the database with all your classes, children and books all for free, as soon as you are ready to start using our system you then activate it and then you get the first three months free and if it not what you are looking for you can cancel at any time in the first three months and it won't cost you a penny.
For Librarians
We have tried to make our system as simple and quick as possible so you can get the books scanned in and out without waiting for the system, we have a database of some books and are adding books all the time, so if your book is in our system you can add your books with the ISBN code(Barcode) on the book if not you can add them manually, you only need to add your children to the system once then each year the system will move all your children up one year, you will be able to run reports on all overdue books, books reserved by the children, children that haven't taken a book out, you can reset books taken to 0 at any time so you can monitor it every month, term or year, you can view your library books to see which books are being borrowed the most, you can also view the top fifty books over the network.
Open Library
This area allow all staff and children to return and issue books, Children can view all the books they have borrowed in the past.
For Children and Parents
Children if your school is using our system, your librarian can give you the login details you need, once you have logged in you will be able see the book you have now and all the books you have borrowed in the past, you can rate the books you are reading or have read, you can also view all the library books and click to reserve one and as soon as it's available the librarian will be able to let you have it.
Parents you will be able to see what your children are reading.
