Subject Access Request.
This is accessing your personal data, you have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you, if you wish to request a copy of your personal information please use the contact us form putting 'Data Info' in the subject box.

Updating your personal information.
If any of your data has changed you can login to your admin area to edit any of your details, for the children's details login to the library area.

Erasing your personal information
All data will be removed the moment a school cancel their account, when a child leaves the school all their data are removed from the system.

Right to lodge a complaint.
You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office if you are concerned about the way we have processed your personal information.
